George brings together filmmaking, technology, community insight, and decades of hands-on problem-solving across rural America. With experience in IT, healthcare systems, and community advocacy, he understands how everyday life in small towns is shaped not only by access to care, but by economics, education, environment, and representation.

His years living and serving in California’s Central Valley showed him the challenges rural communities carry — from air quality to low resources to limited visibility — and the strength they hold. George founded Visible Practice to make a real difference in people’s lives by crafting clear, practical media that supports well-being on every level: physical, mental, emotional, financial, and civic.

His work is driven by a simple conviction: rural Californians deserve to be seen, heard, and supported with the same quality, dignity, and modern tools available anywhere else in the state.

Amelia Pahl — Clinical Storyteller & Co-Founder

Amelia blends clinical experience, legal precision, and creative intuition into a single mission: helping Central Californians feel seen, understood, and supported. Her years as a paramedic shaped her belief that people heal when they feel heard, and her Berklee-trained creative background gives our work its emotional depth and humanity.

Now working as a paralegal while earning her master’s in psychology, Amelia brings structure, empathy, and psychological insight to everything we craft. She listens for the deeper layers of a community’s story and helps transform them into narratives that rebuild trust, strengthen well-being, and empower Central Californians to thrive.

Her work ensures every project reflects the dignity, resilience, and humanity of the people we serve.
